Women Empowerment means women's control over material assets, intellectual resources and ideology. It gives participation of women in policy and decision making process at domestic and public levels and exposing the oppressive power of existing gender and social relations. Women micro entrepreneurs take the responsibility to face challenges of life, to overcome the disabilities, handicaps and inequalities and enables women to realize their full identity and power in all spheres of life. They have to make effective management of time between home and work place. Fruitful utilisation of leisure time, support of family and co-workers leads to mental satisfaction and enjoyment which consequently leads to empowerment
