WORK LIFE BALANCE OF MARRIED AND UNMARRIED UNIVERSITY TEACHERS OF PUNJAB STATE

In today fast growing time of technology we all are passing thorough a common problem – how to maintain a right balance between professional career life and personal family life. This is called work-life balance. The main objective of this research paper is to comprehend the Work-Life Balance (WLB) of the Married and Unmarried University Teachers in Punjab State.
