ORGANIZATION REPOSITION AS A CONFLICT RESOLUTION IN THE SUSTAINABILITY OF COLLEGE’S FOREIGN OF LANGUAGE

The Covid Pandemic began early in 2020 in China and throughout the world greatly affected all areas of people's lives including education. The research aims to explain that conflicts occur in private universities, an appropriate conflict resolution is needed in order to remain sustainable, research methods with qualitative approaches and case study designs. The results of the study that Colege's Forign of Language is a private tertiary institution with worrisome conditions with unclear organizational conditions resulting in conflict and to this day continues to exist with a clear organizational structure, to develop a large and qualified institution, researchers recommend to reposition the organization of sustainable institutional efforts.
