Abstract

In accordance with the presentation of material and technical support (MTO) in the form of a well-balanced synergetic system, based on the analysis of the most significant features and options for selecting its possible indicators, a matrix of basic requirements for the information system for predicting the technical state of equipment is formed. The possibility of timely delivery of material resources (MS) can be provided on the basis of predictive assessments of the technical condition of equipment, which determines the creation of an information system for forecasting the formation of MS supplies in the organization, taking into account the conditions and terms of operation of equipment, its maintenance and repair. Based on the above, with the help of the ISP, the corresponding MS applications can be formed to restore the operability of technical systems operated by organizations in various sectors of the national economy. Timely information based on monitoring the technical condition of equipment allows you to use the ISP to generate MS deliveries based on the state of equipment for the next month, the number of faulty or decommissioned equipment for the year, the needs for spare parts for a specific month of the year, taking into account seasonal fluctuations in the working condition of equipment. Based on the organization's monitoring of all types of equipment for the specified period of time, forecast indicators were determined, taking into account which applications for the supply of MS were prepared. Materials for this article were prepared in the framework of the scientific project no.AR05135518 "Military logistics: features of creating an integrated logistics system in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
