PROJECT APPROACH AND ITS IMPACT ON THE INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF THE NATIONAL ECONOMY IN THE CONDITIONS GLOBALIZATION CALLS

The article reveals the influence of the project approach on the innovative development of the national economy in the context of globalization. The possibilities of the project approach allow us to recognize it as a promising tool for managing the socio-­economic development of the national economy. Only the state that uses effective mechanisms for the innovative development of the national economy is capable of con‑ fronting globalization challenges. The article defines the influence of globalization processes on the functioning of a global economic system. The economic meaning of the definitions «project approach» and «innovative development of the national economy» is revealed, a refined definition of the concept «project approach» is proposed. The article proposed a definition of the concept «innovation» from the point of view of the project approach. The system management of the innovative development of the national economy is the process of interaction of many elements, which are characterized by a large number of parameters. This process is described as a model of a subsystem for managing innovative development within an economic system. The implementation of the main functions of the economic system management is carried out using management methods. The sequence of implementation of these methods into action constitutes the mechanisms for the innovative development of the national economy. These mechanisms are formalized into a conceptual model of managing the innovative development of the national economy. The influence of the parameters of innovation development management on the result of the functioning of the economic system is determined.
