FORMATION OF AN INNOVATIVE MODEL OF EFFECTIVE FUNCTIONING OF ORGANIZATION IN THE CONDITIONS OF DIGITAL ECONOMY

Abstract

The transition to the digital economy raises the question of finding adequate criteria for evaluating the economic performance of organizations in the new business environment. The article deals with the issues related to defining the concept of an innovation organization and the criteria for their classification as innovative or non-innovative. The classification of features is proposed, which include: evaluation and performance approaches that allow the organization to obtain estimates of the set of financial and statistical indicators, using financial, cost, performance and resource approaches; organizational and structural — characterizing the main organizational content of the organization; managerial, which reveal the quality of management decisions and readiness for innovation; information technology, which reveal the information technology framework of the organization. The components of the concept of «Innovation model» of the organization are defined, which belong to two categories: «cost of the organization» and «innovative mechanism», which allows to identify the key elements of its management and the relationship between them and to build an effective management concept. The main elements of the innovation model to which they relate: value added, costs, profit, capitalization are related at different stages of business planning, so the author constructed the constituents of the innovation model of the organization, on the basis of which the specific direction of economic and financial analysis is carried out. The strategic management decision-making subsystem of an organization needs to identify the full potential of innovative development and provide the subsystems with the conditions for its implementation. To justify a management decision, the system must consist of an adequate amount of resources and the ability to pass them through all levels of intellectual and technological processing. The information process is part of a common organizational and economic system that involves integration, coordination and regulation in the interpretation of management functions. The author defines the approaches and factors on the proposed features of an innovative organization that can be used to evaluate their innovative development.
