Abstract

The article attempts to systematize the approaches to logistic interaction between the subjects of gas transportation purpose, which allowed to present to the authors a mechanism of logistic interaction based on the evaluation of the interaction between the subjects of the natural gas market and the logistic system of these gas transport industries, where our hypothesis is of particular importance. you are interested in the process at gas transportation companies. As a result of our research, we have been able to substantially enrich the theoretical and practical knowledge and ideas in the following aspects: the importance of the strategic scenario for the development of gas market vectors, including the gas transportation system; formation of the synergistic effect of the logistics chain in the direction of uninterrupted gas flows, the principle of drawing up the most optimal logistics routes; minimization of losses of gas transportation enterprises from logistical interaction. Of particular importance in the research process is the role and importance of «logistical interaction» in the context of planning, motivation, organization, and monitoring, as well as control over the transportation of gas resources. In turn, we propose to consider as an element of «logical interaction» «information support», which is intended to fulfill functional obligations for the purpose of seeing and forecasting vectors of gas market development and development of gas transportation enterprises, improving the level of quality indicators of natural gas and its transportation services, monitoring of the market environment of availability of alternative energy carriers. Our vision allows us to present the formed hypothesis of «logistical interaction» through the interaction of four blocks: information-logistic, cost-technological, contract and regulatory. This, in turn, will allow us to integrate the components of our proposed logistics chain, where each of the blocks is directly or indirectly involved in the other by direct and feedback links in a single flow of gas resources.
