EVALUATION OF THE STATE OF ECONOMIC SECURITY TYPES LOCATED AT THE HIGHEST LEVELS OF ITS HIERARCHY (ON THE EXAMPLE OF SAFETY OF TECHNICAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL INTERESTS OF UKRAINIAN MINING)

The relevance of the article is due to the fact that economic security manifests itself as a multi-level indicator, the assessment of which is a controversial and controversial issue that needs to be addressed. It is taken into account that the structure of economic security is hierarchical, at each level of which its various types are located, which, integrating with each other, form new types of security located at higher levels of this hierarchy. It is shown that the types of economic security, located at the highest levels in its hierarchical structure, do not have simple indicator indicators and, as a result, the assessment of the time to reach their threshold values (provision) is a scientific and practical problem. It is proved that its solution is possible in several ways. It is emphasized that indicators-indicators of certain types of economic security are heterogeneous and have different rates of change in their values even when processes are carried out in parallel to achieve their threshold (reference, set) values. In this regard, the use of speed indicators in assessing the time periods necessary to ensure the appropriate types of economic security of the enterprise is justified. When assessing the state of a particular type of economic security (and of itself), it is proposed to determine the values of the rates of ensuring certain components of economic security, weighted for the corresponding time periods. Testing of the proposed methodological approaches was carried out on the example of assessing the safety status of technical and technological interests of Ukrainian mining enterprises. According to the results of the assessment, it was revealed that, first of all, urgent measures to improve the safety status of technical and technological interests are required by PJSC ZHRK and OJSC KZHRK. In other enterprises of the studied sub-sector, the state of security in 2018 ranged from unsatisfactory (at PJSC «Central Mining and Processing Plant») to excellent (at JSC «YGOK»).
