THE MAIN FACTORS INFLUENCING THE INCREASE OF ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF ENTERPRISES

The article considers the main factors influencing the increase of economic efficiency of economic activity of enterprises. It is noted that increasing the efficiency of financial and economic activities of enterprises is possible only with rational and scientifically sound use of available resource potential, increasing the quality of sold products and profitability of commercial operations, optimizing the structure of property and sources of funding. When looking for ways to improve the efficiency of the organization, you need to pay attention to all aspects that may somehow relate to the activities of the firm. First of all, this is an internal problem and ways to solve it. It is also important not to lose sight of environmental conditions that are directly or indirectly related to the affairs of the firm. Areas of effective development of the enterprise are: cost reduction, which does not affect the quality of production; modernization and automation of the workflow; search for new ways of organizing management; proper marketing. The most important factors influencing the economic efficiency of management have been identified: employee motivation, delegation of greater power to middle managers and heads of departments, maximum use of STР achievements, attracting investors, increasing employee loyalty and efficiency.
