Abstract
His article presents an approach to the objectives of of the improvement the of safety standards of operational safety and regularity in Colombian air traffic, consequently a guide was developed with the aim of increasing the efficiency of air traffic management in airports without radio aid ils. With a development of satellite positioning systems for air navigation in Colombia, which allows an aircraft to face the runway, in the phase of approach to an airport to achieve a landing with the safety standards required by the country's civil aviation
