RESEARCH COMPETENCE OF LAW STUDENTS IN THE CONTEXT OF TWO-LEVEL TRAINING

The article is devoted to the two-level training of Bachelors and Masters of the Law profile. The comparative analysis of Federal State Education Standards of Higher Professional Education in the direction training 030900 (40.03.01, 40.04.01) "Jurisprudence" is carried out. The purpose of the article is to give concept and the main characteristics of research competence of Masters-lawyers in the conditions of two-level preparation. For achievement of the purpose in the article the following tasks are set: 1) to compare the professional activity types of Bachelors and Masters in the direction training 030900 (40.03.01, 40.04.01) "Jurisprudence" and the tasks types solved by Bachelors and Masters; 2) to reveal distinctions in professional competences of Bachelors and Masters; 3) to characterize the content of the concept "research competence".
