Abstract

Personal formation is a process of individual's socialization and development of specific traits and manifestations, which, begins on the early stages of ontogenesis and continues throughout the whole life. However, some periods are particularly important in this process. One of such periods is adolescence, which is the period of active development and internal conflicts, desire for independence and fear of responsibility, development of strategies for interpersonal interactions and search for one's own self. This age period is associated with dreams of the future, setting the goals, reorganizing the structure of relationships with peers, teachers, and parents. Exactly in adolescence there are formed numerous traits and features, including typical behavioural patterns and strategies. The article presents the results of a study of peculiarities and specifics of the behavioural sphere of adolescents' personality. With this aim there were analysed individual behavioural manifestation of adolescents, determined the nature and intensity of relationships between the presented variables, systematized statistical regularities and on their basis there were made theoretical generalizations about the specificity of behavioural manifestations of adolescents in the context of their personal formation. The obtained empirical data are presented, proving the existence of direct bilateral relationships between individual manifestations of the behavioural sphere in the context of adolescents' personal formation. At the same time, the nature of the connections (direct or reverse) also remains constant. This allows to talk about the intradetermination of behavioural components, and, accordingly, about their compensatory nature. Furthermore, there was proved the mutual dependence of the individual components of behavioural sphere of adolescents' personalities. Consequently, typical behavioural strategies of adolescents are determined by their level of demands and determine the nature of objective achievements. The article may be interesting for specialists working in the field of age psychology, practical psychologists and psychotherapists, teachers and all practitioners whose profession provides active interaction with adolescents
