The role of economic and legal science and education at the present stage of development of the Luhansk People's Republic

The article substantiates the decisive importance of economic and law research and science for the stabilization and development of the life of society and the state in the LPR. The authors associate the imperfection of legal regulation of economic relations with the lack of deep scientific research in this area. The shortage of business lawyers and the role of economic knowledge in the activities of lawyers who hold positions in the state apparatus or provide business support are being updated. The authors characterize the historical background and experience of economic and law research of previous generations, analyze the state of affairs with erudition in the field of economics among modern graduates of law schools and faculties of the LPR. The article proposes the ways and prospects for the development of economic and law science, the necessity of opening master's degrees in economic and law profile for the formation of professional competencies of a modern lawyer is argued.
