RETROSPECTIVE ANALYSIS OF GOVERNANCE MODELS

The article describes and analyzes the evolution of public administration models retrospectively. The works that are fundamental in the formation of management science are considered. The stages in the develop- ment of the theory of administrative and public administration are investigated. The article presents a compara- tive analysis model of public. The advantages and disadvantages of the described models are considered, and a modern assessment of the viability of the studied models is given. The models and different approaches of un- derstanding public administration described in this article are necessary when analyzing the policies pursued by a particular state.
