Abstract
The purpose of the study was to measure the moderation effect of employee attitude and work environment in the relationship between learning and behaviour. Data was collected from 398semi-skilled and highly skilled workers of RINL, Vizag of Andhra Pradesh. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS Process macro-3.1. The study results shown that the employee attitude and work environment have significantly moderating the relationship between learning and behavior of the employees.
