Abstract
Free-off food products can be allergen-free, gluten-free and non-GMO. Diets have changed from paleolithic to western with the early subjugation of plants and animal?s unique nutrient features of food transformed, slightly initially but quickly with progressing technology subsequent to the trade innovation. Obesity has grown in different age groups, factor affecting would be people following modern diets.
