Studying the Effect of Establishing and Operating PMO in the Vice Presidency of King Abdulaziz University for Projects

This research project aims to raise the performance efficiency and productivity of the accomplishment of projects at the Vice Presidency of King Abdulaziz University for Projects. The performance improvement would be carried out at these levels of customer satisfaction, supervision, quality, and saving time and costs. This Project investigates the effect of establishing and implementing project management office (PMO) at the Vice Presidency for Projects to improve project performance and results, as well as help project managers to achieve the desired objectives, gain customer satisfaction, and solve all problems and difficulties that may face projects, and establish an integrated project management system.
