In this paper, the implementation of a business process reengineering using Bizagi platform is presented, to improve the TravelPlan Quotations business process in Fursan, The reengineering Travel Agency. However, contributed at the development of Fursan Travel Agency, the improvement of their general performance and quality of their outputs in light of the changes the accelerating globalization at all levels. Moreover, BPR contributed to reducing costs incurred in conducting operations, Reducing the time spent agency in customer service to achieve customers satisfaction for what the agency offers.
