Evaluate the Performance of RED and DropTail Algorithm in NS2

Nowadays, with the increasing number of computers participating in the Internet, network congestion can occur when the packet traffic reaching the network line is beyond the processing capacity of the network. This leads to a waste network resources and causes many negative effects, affecting the service quality of the network.
