Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the legal protection of children as perpetrators in the criminal justice process of children, and to understand and analyze the factors that impede law enforcement in implementing legal protection of children as perpetrators in the criminal justice process. This research uses empirical law research method.
