Abstract
the photovoltaic solar power is a form of renewable energy which one of the most promising energy in the world. It is also the cleanest form of energy. But the implementation of a PV system has shown that their reliability and efficiency depend upon many factors. Effect of different factors like tilt, type of panel, irradiance etc. , on output of PV plant is investigated in this study. PVSYST simulation facility is to be used for design and optimization. A computation has been conducted to verify the change in i-v and p-v characteristics of the system. PV plant at the location of Delhi NCER is designed and effect of factors is studied. Result shows PV plant at location of Thiruvanantpuram without shading will give more inverter output than with shading.
