Mathematical Model for Court Expertise of a Class Economic Problems

Economic expertise is of great importance in solving a number of court cases, therefore it is important when the expertise is done by using a valid procedures. For that purpose in the expertise is necessary to take into account all parameters, i. e. if there is a statistical characteristics the same one should be analyzed because in many cases the qualitative characteristics may contain hidden quantitative characteristics. In this paper is considered exactly such class of problems that occur in practice and for the same is offered a model for expert examination, model who takes into account all the variables and gives an objective solution to the posed problem.
