The Network Readiness Index: degree of individuals’ use of technologies and ICT skills in Azerbaijan

In the article, in comparison with other countries, the Individuals subindex of the Networked Readiness Index of Azerbaijan is analyzed. As a result of the research, ways of increasing the number of high-speed fixed broadband Internet users and the number of mobile broadband Internet subscriptions in the country are proposed. In addition, some proposals have been put forward to increase the number of active users of social networks, to improve the level of education, as well as to develop people's İCT skills
