The basis for the comprehensive development of children is physical education. Physical education has an educational, educational and recreational purpose; it is aimed at ensuring physical health and harmonious development of the individual, preparation for work, life in society, and physical education. The main means of physical education are physical exercises - specially organized movements. Physical education, as well as education in general, is the process of solving certain educational tasks, which is characterized by all the general features of the pedagogical process, or it is carried out in self-education. Organized PT classes, as well as free motor activity, improve the activity of the cardiovascular, respiratory and nervous systems, strengthen the musculoskeletal system, improve metabolism. The purpose of physical education should be objective, the reflection of our society in fully physically trained people for creative work and other socially important activities. Physical education of children of different age groups is continuously developed and enriched with new knowledge, gained through research, and covering various aspects of physical education of adolescents, and their motor skills formation in particular. Studying patterns of child‘s development, pointing out the most essential and substantiating it, the theory of physical education of children, contributes to the improvement of the whole system of physical education.Taking into account age-specific features, in order to achieve the goal of physical education of children the main tasks of physical education should be solved in complex and in relation to the tasks of mental, moral, labor and ethical education. The children‘s motor skills are form relatively easy. Motor skills facilitate communication with the environment and promote its cognition, while the correct performance of physical exercises effectively affects physical development. Physical exercises, as a means of physical education, are formed for a long time, together with the civilization development and the formation of ideas about the possibility of the human body strengthening.
