Abstract

School leadership is dynamic and changes from time to time. Managing the planned leadership style in the senior secondary school is a major challenge for the School administrator because this type of leadership style is very complex in itself. This paper aim to highlights the role of various leadership styles transformational, Transactional, Instructional and inspirational leadership as transformational leadership plays an important role in creating senior secondary school culture and also highlights its effect on students learning in this pandemic situation COVID -19. A negative environment has been created everywhere in such a situation in senior secondary schools transformational leadership style provides a stress-free, friendly and learning –focused environment for all the senior secondary students. Transformational leadership needs full cooperation of the school leader; principal take important part in the institutions and with the help of inspirational leadership style the principal always tries to build an effective and trusted relationship school and administration. There is no need for extra virtuous thoughts as this presented paper is a review of some ongoing articles. Finding reveals that Transformational leadership and inspirational leadership positively correlate with creating great school culture enhance students learning and teacher's occupation pleasure during this pandemic COVID-19. Presented paper also highlights that every leadership style has its own traits and benefits but an integrated model will provide the most effective system and helps in creating great culture in the senior secondary schools in this critical time and enhance student's learning.
