Business-Consulting as a Tool for Balancing Business Resources and Management Decisions at Enterprises

In the context of Ukraine's integration into the global economic society, business-related issues have become of great importance to businesses. There are problems with the reorientation of businesses to a new type of economic system. There was a need to increase competitiveness and manage business processes using advanced technologies. This, given the rapid change in the conditions of operation of national enterprises, required professional assistance to management in managing the activity of the enterprise. The aim of the article is to investigate the theoretical aspects of business consulting in the enterprise in the context of management decisions and to analyze the formation of total profit, which acts as an internal source of financing the resource potential of the enterprise. An element of scientific novelty was a wellfounded author's position on determining the main success factors and indicators of counseling effectiveness. The authors prove that in the process of business consulting an important role is played by the method of optimization of planning decisions, which is used in the economic justification of planned costs, forecasting the financial capabilities of the company, forecasting the structure of placement of equity capital, etc. The authors argue that one of the main indicators of business consulting in manufacturing is the increase in profits at the enterprise, as profit growth synthesizes cost reduction, increased sales, and estimates the change in profit. From the standpoint, for further research we consider it advisable to examine the success factors of the consultants' competencies, which form the basis of the results of consultations, actually ensure their emergence and become a prerequisite for financial and non-financial changes in the client organization.
