Abstract
The state and features of staff training of the hotel and restaurant chain Premier Hotels are analyzed through the prism of the staff development process and its impact on the tourism industry. The importance of the purpose of the research is substantiated. There are proposals of a conceptual nature to improve the training of specialists in the hotel and restaurant chain.
