PROFESSIONAL MOTIVATION OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS

The main approaches of the study of professional motivation and their theoretical justification have been considered in the article. An explanation of the process of of professional motivation development of future specialists from the point of view of modern psychology has been offered, professional motivation is defined as a system of goals, needs and motivations of students to actively acquire knowledge, mastering skills and conscious attitude to the profession. The process and motives of professional motivation development have been analyzed. It is theoretically proved that professional motivation plays the role of a compensatory factor in the context of personality development and professional development.
