PEDAGOGICAL POTENTIAL OF WEB QUEST FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PRIMARY SCHOOL PUPILS’ COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE

The using of information technologies has become a part of the modern child's daily life. In this context, the task of the teacher is to use the enthusiasm with which children work with the computer at home for play, creative activity or correspondence with friends, to form a holistic system of universal competencies, as well as experience of independent activity and personal responsibility, overall for the development of key competencies that determine the current quality of educational content. The ability to take action appears in situations where the pupil is gaining experience in solving of problems without of initially ready solution. Such situations arise in project activities in the greatest extent. It gives grounds to consider a further solution of the above issue in the use of such educational technology as a web quest.
