ESTABLISHMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE HEADS OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS FOR THE APPLICATION OF PEDAGOGICAL MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGIES

The system of higher education in Ukraine is constantly being reformed and transformed in the context of European requirements, in connection with which the need to understand the quality of training with higher education, taking into account historical experience and current challenges. Particular attention should be paid to the professional training of future heads of general secondary education institutions with pedagogical management technologies, capable of making qualitatively new management decisions, managing innovations, adapting and responding to changes in the educational sphere. This necessitates the study of the history of establishment and development of professional training of future heads in Ukraine.
