Abstract

The article covers the concepts of "morality", "morality", "ethics", "pedagogical ethics". Despite the pluralism, delimitation and eclecticism of modern pedagogical concepts, the WHO of economically developed countries pays much attention to the development of moral and ethical relations between participants in the educational process (teacher – student, teacher – teacher, teacher – administration), property rights, prevention and prevention of racial, national, ethnic, religious, age and gender discrimination. Teachers are trained on the principles of equality of all peoples and ensuring the dialogue of their cultures, the ability to overcome conflict situations, the formation of a tolerant attitude to racial, ethnic and cultural differences. The development of professional ethics of a teacher is an interdisciplinary process that permeates the content of all disciplines of the curriculum, methods and strategies of teaching and moral and ethical relations between all participants in the educational process. The results of the analysis of works of scientists of the CIS countries, who studied the problem of professional and pedagogical ethics, allow us to state that modern education becomes a field of service, directing its resources not to the development of morality, but to the formation of a successful specialist. Education does not always pay attention to the fact that the education of students' virtues should stimulate the fact that their well-being should coincide with the well-being of others with whom they are connected and interact. The moral consciousness of modern youth in modeling the world focuses not on the values of for himself, but also to give it to others. The solution to this problem depends on the existence, individual human existence, existential values, but on natural (material) goods, which are one of the criteria of life success. Natural goods can and should be "converted" to ethical value. Such "conversion" becomes possible when the subject is ready not only to receive good personality of the teacher, which forms the moral consciousness of students
