The article concerns the essence of conduct of area denial actions in special operations on localization and neutralization of internal armed conflict at the operational and tactical level with illegal armed formations following mass disturbances escalate that conflict breaching the international humanitarian law, which requires urgent peacekeeping forces deployment.
