Abstract

In every period in the development of human society, certain rules of conduct and actions are estab- lished quite naturally, according to which all its members follow. It is therefore not out of the question to draw attention to some of them and emphasize their importance in practical terms. Ethics as a practical discipline of philosophy has its historical roots in the earliest period of societal development, in antiquity, where the authors of this period specifically emphasized the ethical dimensions and the need for rules for the conduct of man in a particular area. They were of the opinion that these were practical principles that arose independently of society and were respected by all citizens. The practical importance of ethics is also a reflection of man's relationship with animals and everything living. The development of human society has changed so much in recent times that drastic changes have affected humanity as a whole, and not just citizens in a given area. The course of the cur- rent pandemic is a real test of responsibility and respect for certain regulations of all. The events of recent years have also changed people's lifestyles and their readiness for everyday reversals, which are caused by unexpected events, which as a result often change the whole established reality. We are at a time when new challenges are constantly emerging to which people must find immediate answers. In Memory of Max
