PROBLEMS OF ENSURING THE RIGHTS OF A CHILD TO BE PROTECTED FROM INFORMATION CAUSING HARM TO HEALTH

The article provides characteristic to information harmful to health of a child: its essence, contents, legal regulations, and analyzes the current state of Russian Federation legal system in relation to the field of pro- tection of children from unlawful information. Some provisions of laws regulating the protection of children in this area have been studied, problems arising during the implementation of these provisions have been identified, and areas for their solution have been identified
