Abstract

In the present study the physicochemical characters of water and sediment of freshwater reservoir were studied for the period of one year. Heavy metals concentration was determined by Atomic absorption spectrophotometer (GBC 902, double beam). All the physic-chemical parameters are within the permissible limits and the reservoir is productive in nature.
