This paper deals with the Personal Values and Teacher Adjustment of Secondary School Teachers. The basic aim of Education is to develop moral, social National personal values in the students. Teacher should develop a very positive attitude towards all personal values and inculcate such values in the pupils. School education is the foundation of child's life. He carries and maintains the social and moral skills acquired by him during his school days. Teachers should take remedial measures to bring about positive and dynamic in improper adjustment in their profession / Environment.
