Abstract
In order to execute all programmes successfully in the educational sector, human resources are important. Teachers are the most needed resources for the smooth execution and achievement of the educational objectives and policies in the classroom practically. Teacher effectiveness is a critical area of inquiry that has emerged through the years among educational researchers. In this study, teacher effectiveness is linked to student engagement.
