Концептуальные аспекты разработки индикаторов измерения гражданского общества

The article is devoted to the analysis of the conceptual development of indicators for measuring the modern civil society. The author considers the possibility of using empirical data to develop indices of civil society institutions. Special attention is being paid to developing requirements for indexing social processes as possible, their comparison and analysis.
