The publication is focused on the analysis of issues related to the migration flows of foreign labour. This problem, in the framework of consideration of questions relating to the prevention and suppression of illegal migration is one of the topical for regulation of migration processes in most of the States CIS and the countries of the former Soviet bloc, where immigration, including from countries with difficult socio-political, economic and sanitary-epidemiological conditions, is a massive scale.
