Psychological determinates the potential of the person

Abstract

The article reflects the theoretical and methodological foundations for developing the structure of the psychological determinants of a person's potential. The main views of scientists regarding the characteristics of the potential of the individual as a phenomenon are presented. It has been established that it is advisable to consider the potential of the individual as a flexible set of human resources that ensure the effective development and mobility of the individual in the context of society transformations. The composition of the potential of the individual includes the following components: the orientation of the individual, social experience, character traits, performance results. The expediency is stated to highlight the psychological determinants of the potential of the individual, to develop the structure of the phenomenon under study. Among the psychological determinants of the potential of the individual, internal (associated with the natural potentials of a person, his psychological capabilities in the process of personal development), external (reflect the conditions of the social environment, a person's reaction to the process of obtaining social experience) are determined. The internal determinants include: physiological state (state of health, adaptation, quality of rest, external attractiveness), activity sphere (communicativeness, creativity, professional activity, self-development), intellectual and motivational sphere (professional competence, meaningfulness of life, entrepreneurship, critical thinking), emotional-volitional abilities (resistance to stress, values, responsibility, dominant emotions). External determinants are presented as: material condition (availability of housing, financial opportunities, attractiveness of clothes, acceptability of income), social relations (social status, family, support of friends, relationships with colleagues), information space (access to information, availability of Internet resources, security ) personal information, auto advertising), professional environment (corporate culture, initiative support, logistics, working conditions). The psychological determinants of a person's potential are interconnected and determine the disclosure of a person's resource capabilities
