The use of open source software as one of the import substitution measures

The object of research is the process of transition to the predominant use of domestic software. The purpose of the work is to determine the possibility of using open source software developments (including foreign-made ones) to solve problems of import substitution, to determine the tools for developing a software product in the course of solving the problems of a dissertation research. The paper outlines the main features of the use of open source software for solving problems of import substitution.
