Approaches to investigate cross-cultural communication style

This article attempts to study the various approaches that have been developed by scientists in the study of intercultural communication processes. These approaches are based on different fundamental assumptions about human nature, behavior, and cognition, and differ in terms of the conceptualization of culture and communication, as well as the research methods used.
