Organizational and methodological conditions for the development of mobility in the joints of SMG students with functional disorders of the spine

This article discusses organizational and methodological conditions for the development of mobility in the joints of SMG students with functional disorders of the spine. Analysis of the obtained results showed a significant improvement in such measured parameters as the mobility of the spinal column, hip joints, cervical and thoracic spine. An experimental technique, including a strict dosage of physical exercises depending on the localization of functional disorders of the spinal column, as well as a balanced selection of static and dynamic exercises, allows you to successfully work on the development of the quality of flexibility and mobility in the joints of SMG students with functional disorders of the spine.
