Abstract
Producers of the well-known Shri Mahila Griha Udyog. Lijjat Papad is a group that represents the independence and power of women. The group's membership is strictly limited to women. Each of the'sisters' in the group is also an owner in the business. The organization is run by a 21-person central management committee. Sanchalikas are there to help the management with the day-to-day operations of each center and the Udyog as a whole. Each member has a'veto' and the organization may only make decisions by unanimous vote.
