The adoption of an employable skills policy may lead to improved productivity, competitiveness, and development within a business. The goal of this research is to identify and describe the most important skills, behaviors, and attitudes needed in the healthcare industry's medical service sector. A review of the relevant literature has revealed a number of healthcare specializations and the associated skill sets.
