Abstract

The adoption of an employable skills policy may lead to improved productivity, competitiveness, and development within a business. The goal of this research is to identify and describe the most important skills, behaviors, and attitudes needed in the healthcare industry's medical service sector. A review of the relevant literature has revealed a number of healthcare specializations and the associated skill sets. The study, which was conducted largely for the Medical Service Vertical, takes into account both the technical and interpersonal abilities required to do the task successfully
