A STUDY TO ASSESS THE LEVEL OF PERSONAL EVALUATION BY USING EVALUATION BELIEF SCALE AMONG PATIENT WITH PSYCHOTIC FEATURES AT SMVMCH, PUDUCHERRY

A self-evaluation has multiple advantages for both employees and employers: It allows employees to demonstrate their accomplishments. Highlighting these accomplishments helps employees feel recognized for their efforts and gives them insight into the types of work they find most fulfilling. It helps managers stay informed about their employees strengths and achievements. A study to assess the level of personal evaluation by using evaluation belief scale among patient with psychotic features at SMVMCH, Puducherry. To associate the level of personal evaluation by using evaluation belief scale among patient with psychotic features with their selected demographic variables. The total number of 30 psychosis patients were selected for this study. The level of personal evaluation was assessed by using evaluation belief scale. The study had assessed and the scores were categorized in the interpretation. The collected data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. In level of personal evaluation, majority 70% of them belongs to average and 30% belongs to good. In level of personal evaluation, mean value is 36.97 and standard deviation value is 12.58. There is a significant association between the age group at the level of p<0.05. Whereas the other demographic variables dont have no significance at the level of p<0.05. This implies that on the content of study investigator level of personal evaluation by using evaluation belief scale among patient with psychotic features at SMVMCH. It is concluded that the personal evaluation among psychosis patients were found to be average level. It is also found that evaluation belief scale is a valid tool in findings the level of personal evaluation among psychosis patients and it can be recommended on the regular clinical use for further evaluation.
