LC-HRMS Profile of Chemical Compounds in Penicillium citrinum XT6 Extract

Endophytes are a rich source of natural chemicals with diverse biological activities. Endophytic fungus Penicillium citrinum XT6 was isolated from the marine sponge Xestospongia testudinaria. It has the potential antibacterial, cytotoxic, antioxidant, and anti-diabetes. Using liquid chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry (LC-HRMS), this study determines the chemical compound in P.citrinum XT6 extract.
