Abstract
The design features of the motivational mechanism of innovation dynamics are pointed out. Innovation needs and innovation interests are characterized as its primary elements and instinctiod origin of the latter is grounded. Relationship between the ontological specifics of actual economic contradictions and innovation needs are analyzed.
