About mechanism of economic interest reconciliation in innovative macroeconomic system

The complex contradictory dynamic system of economic interests of subjects of innovative activity is considered. Specific forms of appropriation of innovative activity objects are pointed out on the basis of life-cycle stages of the economic-innovative interest. Ways of improving the coordination mechanism of economic entities’ interests in the innovation macroeconomic system are offered.
