Basic approaches to the study of social competence abroad

The article deals with the main approaches to the study of social competence abroad, including studies of social competence, which were held in the context of sociologization, communication theory and social intelligence. It was found that scholars see the value of social competence in that it allows a person to establish effective cooperation in the personal and professional lives through positive attitudes towards themselves and others.
